Vinyasa Flow
Enjoy breath-based movements to strengthen your mind and body. This lighthearted class will challenge you physically and be a welcome distraction from your busy week.

Slow Flow Yoga

Yin + Restore
This slow, quiet, and meditative practice is designed to ease stress, calm your nervous system, and nourish your mind, body, and heart.
Yin postures are mostly seated or supine and are held for longer periods of time. It is a passive practice that releases deep layers of tension in the fascia and deeply stretches the connective tissues around the joints to hydrate and keep the joints healthy. This practice is beneficial for anyone seeking ease and mobility due to tightness, chronic pain, aging, as well as for anyone seeking respite from an over-scheduled lifestyle.
This practice is beneficial for reducing stress and anxiety, promoting the health of the organs and connective tissues, assisting with digestion, circulation, fertility, strengthening the immune system, promoting sleep, as well as many other health conditions.
